Hello All!

Last week the 64 AIREN network boards arrived and I sent two to Will for testing.  Last night he said, `No Smoke!’  So this morning Andy unpacked a few more, we updated the bootcontroller, he programmed the USB serial numbers, and …. Presto!  We have JTAG and serial consoles!

Andy is updating all 64 nodes’ bootcontrollers now. Once that’s done we will need some volunteer labor.  We will need to dismantle the cluster, jumper the JTAG download cables, and reassemble.  Then we will be ready to a full-scale test of the network.
