* Finished the IPDPS Paper!!! (with Sid, Ashwin and Ron) right at the deadline (yikes)
* Going to clean up the IPDPS code repository
* Start on Proposal for Dissertation
If anyone needs anything from me, please let me know ASAP. I plan on working from home more often while I draft my proposal. Some things I am interested in doing are:
* MPMC / NPI Test Bench (Sid)
* RDMA / MPI – Shan
* AIREN Network with MPI (using TCP/IP) – Bin
* MAcc Array Tests – Will (?)
Started working on CUDA code for conjugate gradient. Right now part of the code works in emulation mode. Will have to check if it works properly on gpu.

1. Was working on the literature survey, which is almost done.

2. Read some more reference papers on S-W MD Code.
Smith Waterman core now works with the FASTA software(at least partially).
Working on fixing the bugs and writing thesis.
Reviewing EM code, studying MPI, reading on MPI implementation (books/literature) for EM, Chargernet Torque/PBS
